Request a Rush Review
Contract review and lease review, by your deadline, if we accept
Standard turnaround for contract review and lease review is 48 to 72 hours from when we have your payment and the complete document. If you need the review by a firm deadline, send the document and your deadline here. We deliver by your deadline, if we accept.
We will reply in writing to say whether we can take it on and the rush fee. The rush fee is quoted for each request and starts at $150, on top of the standard fee for the review you choose. Nothing is charged for rush unless we accept. If we accept and you are a new client, our reply includes one payment link covering the review and the rush fee together. An accepted quote stays open for 24 hours.
Rush is available for contract review and for residential and commercial lease review, on all three levels of review. It is not available for other services.

Sending this request does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the firm has not agreed to any deadline until we confirm in writing. Please do not put confidential details in the note box; the document itself is enough for us to decide. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are used only to decide your request and, if you engage us, to do the work.
